Coconut, almond, agave cookie deliciousness

I made my first sugar-free and flour-free cookies are done. I am very very proud, because it is a made up recipe and they turned out pretty delicious!!!
The ingredients are very simple:
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup butter
2 table spoonfuls of agave syrup
2 table spoonfuls of honey
1,5 cups coconut flakes
0,5 cup finely chopped almonds

What you do is pretty simple as well:
Beat the two eggs until fluffy, add the agave syrup and the melted honey. Beat in the milk. Melt the butter and the coconut butter to soft. Add in the mixture. The coconut butter will harden up so you got to beat it well. Add the dry ingredients and use your hands to mix the dough. The warmth of your hands will help the coconut butter melt some more.
Make spoonfuls of the dough on a baking sheet. I used piping to make them into circles and hearts 🙂 keep in mind that they are not going to expand very much, so you can put them close to each other in the backing sheet.
Bake for 10 mins at 180 degrees centigrade and cool on a rack for 10 mins before putting on a serving plate.
