Why would you do this? Seriously? Who needs to look at super-duper-extra-skinny models. when the actual model is pretty and just skinny enough.

It is good that the Ann Taylor web masters took the exaggeratedly skinny model off the web site, but in the same time you cannot help but wonder, what kind of body image they are creating for their consumers. No one is size -2, and even if you decide you wanna be, guess what, you can’t, because no one can Photoshop us in real life. Mirrors do not have liquify tools, last time I checked.
With the amount of buzz that is always generated around weight and body image issues in fashion, as well as retouching and photoshopping why would a brand will go so overboard?
